Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Wash and peel the tangerine.
- Cut the tangerine into 8 equal pieces.
- In a small pot, combine the water, honey, sesame oil, cilantro, mint, basil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Add the tangerine pieces to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until the skin is tender and the flesh is cooked through.
